From EN 45011 to ISO 17065

ISO/IEC 17065 was published in September 2012. This new standard will replace EN 45011.

The standard EN ISO/IEC 17065:2012 was published on September 15, 2012. This standard replaces the standard EN 45011. The European and international accreditation organisations (EA and IAF) endorsed a transition period of 3 years, which means that the deadline for certification bodies to conform is September 15, 2015. From this date on, an accreditation according to EN 45011 will be no longer valid.

Bioagricert, which is accredited according NE 45011, will receive the assessment audit from ACCREDIA (Italian Accreditation Body) to evaluate conformity to EN ISO/IEC 17065:2012. This audit will be combined with scheduled surveillance/renewal assessments.
