Agricert has recently written a Technical Norm for eco- compatible management of the green areas for sport use. This norm is called "Management of Green Areas for Sport Use with Eco- Compatible Techniques" and it was written involving different parts that work in the sector and especially in the sector of golf fields.

The group has valued the different  impacts that such activities have on the territory and it has focused on the use of water for irrigation, the necessity to defend all the environment vegetal components, the management activity. The Norm provides techniques to reduce the use of water, to create buffer zones, to use those fertlizers listed by the Europen Community for Organic Farming. The application of this Norm leads to reduce the use of phyto sanitary products of 50%.

The Technical Norm defines the requirements of process, product, control and documental that must be satisfied by the applicants.
