The Head Office has to:

1. maintain the organisation and the activity in conformity with the UNI CEI EN 45011 and with the other reference norms, in order to guarantee a competent and careful behaviour;
2. guarantee competence, impartiality, independence and confidentiality.
3. show the reliability of the activities done;
4. maintain high the trust level of the certification;
5. protocol, file and up date the firms' dossiers;
6. plan and coordinate the activity of control;
7. plan and coordinate the internal audits;
8. approve the suppliers and the subcontractors;
9. assign the inspectors;
10. trainin and qualify the staff, in an adequate and continuous way;
11. approve and distribute all the documents of the Quality System and the Certification System;
12. plan and coordinate the activity of evaluation;
13. receive the Directive Certification Committee and the Certification Committee;
14. issue the Certificates of Conformity and the Firms Pass Certificates;
15. manage the relationships with the clients;
16. manage the relationships with MiPA and the Competent Authorities;
17. manage the relationships with SINCERT, IFOAM and other Control and Certification Bodies;
18. manage the relationships with foreign countries and third countries;
19. manage the redaction of the House-organ INFORMABIO;
20. manage the database;
21. manage the web sites www.bioagricert.org and www.trasparentecheck.com
