1. Certification of organic production
2. GLOBAL GAP (until recently EUREP GAP) certification
3. Control of the product with the protected geographical origin

In particular:
1. Certification of organic production
There were lot of talks about organic production, but it is not quite clear to everyone what this concept really means.
Organic production represents an ecologic management system of sustainable production which promotes and emphasizes biodiversity, biological cycles, biological activity of the soil, and tries to make balance with the nature. Due to all that is said, the main goal of organic production is to provide enough food for all but only if it correspond to all quality and health criteria.
In order to consider one product as organic, besides defining kind of product and requirements that must be fulfilled, requests for the import from the third countries is regulated through applied system of inspections and registered control organizations. This kind of production is completely controlled on the basis of the IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements) basic standards and guidelines.
Due to 20-year old experience, Bioagricert is able to certify organic farming products for any destination in the world since different certification marks exits for Japan, USA, Canada, France, Switzerland and Europe.


2. GLOBAL GAP (until recently EUREP GAP) certification
Global GAP is requested and promoted by the most important European retailers with the aim to sustain agricultural production in compliance with sustainable methods of production. Global GAP guarantees to the consumer that the product is safe, produced with integrated and controlled use of chemical products, and that special attention has been dedicated during the production to environment protection, that care has been taken to hygienic aspects in the processing of agro-food products, and that the employees work in the good working conditions. Actually, it means that care has been taken to hygienically, sanitary, ecological and social aspects of production.
Global GAP certification covers the main production scopes – fruit and vegetables, flowers, ornamentals, aquaculture, integrated farm assurance (livestock and combinable crops) and green coffee.

3. Control of the product with the protected geographical origin
When we are talking about control and inspection of production, it is important to mention products with protected geographical origin. Abbreviations PGI (Protected Geographic Indication) and PDO (Protected Designation of Origin), guarantees the geographical origin of the product. It really indicates that a quality or a characteristic is due to its geographical origin and that production and/or processing is carried out in that specific geographical area.

Besides agro-food certificates, Bioagricert offers certification of trading, catering or tourism companies or objects, but also textile and cosmetic sectors, on the basis of private and voluntary standards distinguished by the trademark of conformity Bioagricert international.
