Starting from 2012 operators with more than 20 employees should submit to BIOSUISSE  a declaration on SOCIAL REQUIREMENTS. Only if the operator already has one of the certifications listed at the following link  http://www.bio-suisse.ch/it/importazioneesportazione3.php does not have to complete the declaration. Anyway the Certification Body should indicate it in the Control List. The other important new concern the fact that an operator should be certified according to EU and BIOSUISSE by the same certification body from now on!
