U.S. Access to Pasture Regulations Published in Federal Register
Please, find attached the final version of the amendments to the U.S. National Organic Program regulations regarding access to pasture.
This rule becomes effective June 17, 2010 and will be fully implemented on June 17, 2011.  
 Livestock operations which were already certified on June 17, 2010 have must be in full compliance by June 17, 2011.
 Livestock operations which obtain organic certification by June 17, 2010 must comply with this final rule.

NOP labelling requirements

On november 2nd 2009, the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) has issued the following Notice on the Use of the term “Organic” on the Principle Display Panel of Processed Products that are “Made with Organic (Specified Ingredients or Food Group(s))”
