The seventh edition of Rivoluzione Bio – The General States of Organic returns to SANA Food on 23 February 2026, confirming its role as one of the most anticipated events for understanding the evolution of the organic sector in Italy. Promoted by BolognaFiere together with FederBio, AssoBio, Nomisma, and ICE Agency, the event serves as a key reference point for interpreting the sector’s transformations and guiding its future development pathways.
Rivoluzione Bio is where institutions, companies, experts, and industry professionals come together to discuss updated data, emerging trends, sector policies, and new consumption models. This dialogue is particularly relevant at a time when the quality and sustainability of agricultural production are increasingly central. The entire supply chain is committed to ensuring the quality of organic agri-food production, as well as environmental and social certifications—an essential foundation for supporting solid and transparent growth in the sector.
The 2026 program features a full day of activities divided into two thematic sessions in the Sala Opera – Hall 18 (Mezzanine).
The morning session, starting at 10:30 a.m., will be dedicated to an update from the SANA Observatory, with the presentation of the latest data on the organic market, consumption trends, performance indicators, and development opportunities. This is always a highly awaited moment for operators looking to orient strategies and decision-making.
In the afternoon, from 2:30 p.m., the focus will shift to the away-from-home channel—an area expanding rapidly, encompassing restaurants, out-of-home consumption, and new formats within Italian cuisine. This sector can play a significant role in increasing the presence of organic products and enhancing the value of certified production.
Rivoluzione Bio 2026 thus reaffirms itself as a key event for interpreting the present, understanding market shifts, and building a shared vision for the future of organic: increasingly driven by quality, transparency, and sustainability.
