From February 22 to 24, 2026, SANA Food returns to BolognaFiere with an even stronger B2B focus, increasingly geared toward the world of specialized foodservice and gourmet gastronomy.
To reinforce its role as a key reference point in the organic and plant-based sectors, SANA Food renews its long-standing partnerships with FederBio—ambassador of certified, environmentally responsible supply chains—and V-Label Italia, the world’s most recognized vegetarian and vegan certification mark, synonymous with transparency and consumer trust.
Alongside these established collaborations, a major new feature of the 2026 edition is the partnership with Slow Food Promozione, which shares SANA Food’s commitment to conscious, ethical, and sustainable eating—respectful of both human health and the planet. The SANA Food exhibition area will be enriched by a selection of Slow Food producers representing the best of biodiversity, along with tastings, round tables, and educational events focused on key agri-food policy topics.
That’s not all. With a single admission ticket, the SANA Food business community will also be able to explore a unique food & wine journey by visiting the Slow Wine Fair. Held concurrently and in two adjacent halls, the Slow Wine Fair is the only international event dedicated to good, clean, and fair wine. Organized by BolognaFiere in collaboration with Slow Food and now in its fifth edition, the synergy between the two fairs will offer professionals—from commercial and institutional catering to retail—an exclusive platform for business, networking, and training focused on agri-food excellence.
With the support of the Italian Trade Agency (ICE), SANA Food is further establishing itself as an international hub for the HoReCa and food retail sectors, fostering connections between producers, buyers, and industry professionals from around the world.
